Proximity Cards Information
Proximity cards use Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology. The card reader is built into the keypad. Each proximity card has a unique number which is assigned to a member.
Your proximity card is plain white with very little writing on it. It is not your membership card. There are no numbers on the card you can type into the keypad that will activate the gate.
To use the proximity card, you must place the card flat to the face of the keypad.
Common errors are shown in the following images.

Above the card reader/keypad is a security camera. This IS NOT a card reader and only makes the support team chuckle when you present your card to the camera!
If you are still having problems, there is a phone number on the gatehouse you can call. Be aware that this line is manned by a volunteer who may not be available when you call.
