Gate Access Information

If you are having trouble entering the gate at PHA, please remember that members DO NOT have a keypad code. The number on the back of your membership card is for the mechanical locks at the gate and will not operate the automatic gate.

When entering the property, please do not stop just past the gate in an attempt to prevent someone from tailgating. This is self-defeating as the exit sensor is 65 feet from the gate and as you drive past that point, the gate will open.

The indicator on the keypad will go from red to yellow to green on a successful scan. If the indicator flashes yellow or red, your credential was not authenticated. This can be due to a clerical error, damaged proximity card or member suspension.
