NC State Field Target Championship

PHA will host the NC Field Target State Championship Match on September 24, 2022, the fourth Saturday of the month.

Our course is entirely shaded by the trees so you won’t be in the blazing sun and can keep cool.

Registration will start at 7:30 AM.

Sight-in will be at 8 am at the new air gun range next to the .22 range. The safety meeting will start at 8:45 am, and then we will move to the Field Target range. If you miss the safety meeting, you will not be allowed to participate.

The course is set up for .177 caliber air guns. There are 20 lanes with two targets per lane and two shots per target. We will only shoot 15 of the 20 lanes. Targets are randomly set between 10 and 50 yards. Hole kill sizes are between 3/8" and 1 1/2" depending on the distance. There will be two shooters per lane. New shooters will be paired with experienced shooters to help and instruct them. 

There is a 30 shooter registration limit so register early to attend.

We will provide a lunch of hamburgers and hot dogs for the shooters.

Fees are $20 for all shooters; lunch is included. If you bring a guest, your guest can have lunch for you. There is a fee of $7.50. Please include your guest when you register for the event.

You must register online to get the gate code for the match. The gate code will be active from 7 am to 9 am. The new electronic gate is fully functional. When you register online, you will be sent a gate code that is only good for the day of the match.

You can pay online with your credit or debit card. You can also register online and pay at the match. Please have the exact amount.
